editing Sheikh Mujibur Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy was established on 19th February, 1974 by the National Commission for the Blasphemy Act, 1974 (D & D and DW 1974). According to the section 4 (2) of the Act, the Academy constituted the Industrial Council in every district and sub division of the country and according to Article 22 (1) of the Act, the constitution of the Art Council was approved in the meeting of 9 September 1976 of the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. Later, in the Parliament of Bangladesh, the miscreants abducted him. By repealing the 1974 (D & D and 1974), Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy Act 1989 (Act No. 22 of 1989) with some amendments has been made. According to the law, the Shilpakala academy 'constitution' has been approved after amending the constitution of the Art Council of the Arts established in the 103th meeting of the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy Council on 27th October, 2013. Later, in the 106th and 108th meeting of the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy Parishad, partly amendment of the constitution of the district Shilpakala Academy was created for the operation of the District Shilpakala Academy. District Shilpakala Academy is being organized by the Constitution of the District. On 1 February 1974, the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy was established through the Jihadisadhyadhasadhadhadhapadhyasa Apu, 1974 (Dha Dha and Dv 1974), which was passed in the Parliament of Bangladesh on 19 February. Later on , Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy was established according to the "Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy Act 1974" (Act No 31 of 1974) passed on 19 February 1974 to form the national movement of national culture as a national movement .
